Do you work directly with property administrators?
Yes. Typically the administrator hires the ITE technician and the technician hires us for the scanning. We can also quote the administrator or the owners directly if they prefer.
Do you need access to the interior of the dwellings?
For a standard ITE, no. We scan common areas, facades, interior courtyards and accessible roof. Interior spaces are only captured if the technician specifically requests it.
Can you scan the roof if there is no access?
If there is no physical access, we coordinate with the owners to enable one (neighbour stairs, terrace, skylight). We assess this during the preliminary visit.
How long does it take to get the plans for the ITE?
For a 4-storey multi-family building: 1 day on site plus 2-5 working days of processing. Typical total turnaround: 5 to 10 days from the initial call.
