You accept the quote and we agree a date
Once the quote is accepted, we agree the scan date with you.
02Visit and scanning
We travel to the property and carry out the scan without anyone needing to be present. The scans are processed and registered on site.
- 03
Editing the cloud
Review, filtering and cleaning of the point cloud (people, reflections, noise) and export to the working formats the deliverables require.
- CAD · DWGBIM · RVT
04Delivery
We produce the requested deliverables, ready for your software: CAD drawing, BIM model in Revit, point cloud or mesh.
- 05
Check the site from your office
With the point cloud you measure and check any detail from your office, without travelling back to the site.
Delivery time
Times counted from the day after the scan, for usual jobs. Urgent delivery depends on availability and is always confirmed in the quote. For special jobs (large areas, a lot of detail or difficult access) the time is set in the quote.

The scanner and why we measure with it.
The scanner
We work with Trimble, a benchmark brand in the world of surveying. We scan with a Trimble X7.

Each point is measured with 2.4 mm of error at 10 metres, and the noise stays under 2.5 mm even at 30 metres.
Measuring by hand versus scanning
1 · Measurements and drawing
✕ By handA few 2D dimensions; errors add up and the drawing does not close.
✓ With a scannerThe whole space in 3D; the drawing closes.2 · Irregular shapes
✕ By handCurves, domes, arches or circular shapes: almost impossible to measure by hand, and never right.✓ With a scannerThe exact shape, point by point.3 · Out of reach
✕ By handHigh ceilings, façades or warehouses: you need a ladder or scaffolding, or it goes unmeasured.
✓ With a scannerFrom the ground, up to 80 m, without climbing anywhere.
Frequently asked questions.
How is the final price worked out?
The quote is based on the m² you give us. The final price is worked out from the total built m² (and, for houses, the plot m²) measured with the scanner once the drawings are done, applying this same tariff.
Which plot m² count?
For houses with a plot, the plot m² are those of the whole plot, including the house and everything built on it.
What does the price not include?
The prices are for normal situations: places that can be reached with normal means and that can be walked through and scanned. They do not include anything that prevents normal scanning, such as plots that cannot be walked or areas without rigid elements (walls, edges...) the scanner can register against, for example in the middle of a forest.
How long is the quote valid?
Quote valid for 30 days. Prices in force from 8 October 2026 until a new tariff is published.

My scanner measures at scale 1 and the GNSS points come out in UTM: in urban planning and on land plots, they don't quite match. Miguel Espinoza, from Al-Top, sorted it out for me: both, each for its own job.Read article
