3D scanning of a year-1300 farmhouse with watchtower — Castell d'Aro

Complete 3D laser survey of a year-1300 farmhouse with a watchtower on Avinguda de la Platja (Castell d'Aro, Girona). Both floors of the building were scanned —the restaurant and storage on the street level, and the hotel rooms on the second floor— along with the watchtower. In addition, all the plot boundaries were scanned and georeferenced. The result is a georeferenced digital twin of the whole site: building, tower and land recorded with millimetric precision, ready for renovation, extension or heritage documentation projects.
